But the lesson I have learned from painting is a lesson we should all remember: the way to make beautiful things happen is to free the spirit a little (and the way to make amazing things happen is to free the spirit a lot!). In our time together I have a goal that comes true naturally: my goal is for each of us to be a little more free. We will breathe more deeply and laugh more honestly and play more passionately.
